We thank the Department of Computer Science, the Computational Science and Engineering Program, and the SIAM Student Chapter at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign for financial and logistical support. We thank Jodi Dorsett for her help with registration and other essential logistical issues. We thank Melinda Schaefer for arranging the Saturday coffee and break.

We give a special thanks to the officers of the SIAM Student Chapter: Nana Arizumi for arranging the dinner, Michael Turnley for coordinating the registration table, and Evan VanderZee for creating the program and helping with the registration process.
